Abstract


Nowadays, development of times has a big impact on the education aspect, especially in terms of classroom management. In the past time, the managed classroom could be said when students entered the class on time, then they sat in ordered places, they obeyed the teacher, accepted the teacher’s presence and have no making noise. However, the paradigm at present is becoming more humanistic. The understanding of humanization in classroom management affects the management of classroom more humanly. This article describes the classroom management in order to be more humanistic, so that it can be applied by teachers or educators in teaching and learning maximally.
