MEMBELA HAK-HAK ANAK: PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM DARI KEKERASAN

Abstract


An act of violence that we often encounter in our own environment. As a state of law, Indonesia has a policy and all its components as contained in the criminal justice system, as well as a community institution that is responsible for carrying out the task of reinstating a criminal act. The research aims to analyze the legal protection of child victims of violence, be it sexual, bullying, domestic violence, and analyze factors that affect the legal protection of child victims of violence. Physical and mental violence against children still often occurs, so attention is paid to the protection of the rights of the victims'children in the problem of violence, where the violence willhave a bad impact, so that children become a weak generation as the successor of the nation.
Children are the greatest asset for a country, therefore they must receive legal protection against every crime including sexual violence, bullying, mariticulture, domestic violence and other acts of violence. Article 18 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning ChildProtection stipulates that "Every child who is a victim or perpetrator of a criminal act has the right to receive legal aid and other assistance". Efforts to protect children victims of violence are pursued by law enforcement officials.
