MAKNA TA'ARUF DI KALANGAN REMAJA DALAM PERSPEKTIF MAHASISWA HUKUM KELUARGA ISLAM (STUDI TERHADAP MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI HUKUM KELUARGA ISLAM STAI RAKHA AMUNTAI)

Abstract

Students understand Ta'aruf as an introduction process that must be carried out in accordance with Islamic law, such as clear objectives, ethical understanding of each other, family involvement, discussions about the vision and mission of Ta'aruf, and respect for decisions. However, there is also a lack of Islamic legal perspective on the urgency of Ta'aruf before marriage, such as the legal basis for Ta'aruf, preventing adultery, understanding character and compatibility, and awareness of family law.
The role of family and the surrounding environment. Factors supporting a good understanding of the meaning of Ta'aruf include a religious educational background, a positive social environment, and the role of lecturers and campus institutions in providing guidance in accordance with the principles of Islamic Family Law. This study recommends strengthening students' understanding through discussion forums, seminars, and religious guidance so that the values ​​of Ta'aruf in accordance with Islamic law can be consistently implemented among adolescents.
