Abstract


Learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material requires a lot of time to discuss and understand it to students. Therefore, additional time is needed to study PAI material, of course outside of class hours at school. One form of learning outside of learning hours is often called "Tutoring". Tutoring (Bimbel) is an additional learning activity carried out by students outside school learning hours to increase learning intensity and increase optimal learning achievement. The purpose of this article is to describe the preparation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials for the elementary level tutoring program (bimbel) and to describe the implementation of PAI learning in the tutoring program (bimbel) carried out by STAI Rakha Amuntai lecturers and students. This research is a type of field research and uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were lecturers and students at STAI Rakha Amuntai, as well as community members in Banyu Hirang Village.Research results: the first step is the preparation of material by lecturers and students. The material is arranged based on children's psychological development, namely based on their age (5 to 12 years). So what children aged 5-12 years need in PAI material is whatever, this is what STAI lecturers and students Rakha Amuntai will convey. The material is Learning Tajwid and Reading and Writing the Qur'an, Learning Sirah of the Prophet SAW., Learning Daily Prayers, Learning Prayer Movements and Readings and Learning about Praiseworthy and Disgraceful Morals and their Hadiths. The implementation includes planning, implementation and evaluation. The three stages are also called learning management. If implemented in illustration learning, it includes determining the teaching materials, methods and media used, as well as the form of assessment/evaluation.
