IMPLEMENTASI KETERAMPILAN GURU AKIDAH AKHLAK DALAM MEMBIMBING DISKUSI KELOMPOK KECIL DI MTSN 5 HULU SUNGAI UTARA KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract


The presence of students who participate less in small group discussions is evident from their reluctant, quiet, shy, and indifferent attitudes. The lack of student participation is suspected to be caused by internal factors such as insufficient knowledge and understanding of the material, limited practice, and low interest and motivation. Research findings reveal that the Akidah Akhlak teachers have implemented the skill of guiding small group discussions well, yet the execution is less effective due to factors like students' lack of knowledge, health issues, low courage, minimal discussion practice outside of madrasah, and insufficient guidance from the Akidah Akhlak teachers. Akidah Akhlak teachers also face challenges such as differences in students' backgrounds, the quiet or indifferent attitudes of students, difficulties in presenting ideas systematically, and time-consuming discussions. To address these issues, Akidah Akhlak teachers provide solutions such as offering motivation and support.
